Enrico Schmal

I believe attitude is the key to personal and professional success. This applies equally to people and companies. As an "edutainer" I combine education (knowledge transfer) and entertainment (entertainment) so that my customers benefit as effectively as possible.

Profession

As a product manager, I am responsible for the product portfolio and the associated strategic business orientation. Together with my teams, I design private customer advice in the banking of the future. As a lecturer at the Frankfurt School, I teach business administration to young people from various industries.

Studies

In my bachelor's degree, I dealt with change management and the success factor of communication in addition to classic business administration. In my master's degree, I focused on marketing and sales management and dealt with the increasing influence of digitization on the business model of banks and their sales.

Professionally, I got to know different industries and roles in my career. I was a customer advisor in an insurance company, transformation consultant in a major bank and now work as a product manager in IT on the future of banking. As a certified trainer, I completed my training at the Frankfurt School. In my keynote speeches, I provide specialist knowledge and entertainment. At seminars, I promote interaction and dialogue with the participants.
