Biography
Jones Graduate School of Business
Emma is focused on the development of impact valuation models in the Engine No. 1 total value framework and their integration across investment strategies.
Prior to joining Engine No. 1, Emma was senior data scientist at i360, a data consultancy in predictive modeling, consumer segmentation, system optimization, and supply-chain logistics, where she led their statistical learning capabilities for pattern recognition in human behavior, survey research, and system optimization. Previously, she worked at Viveo France, a banking software company, where she designed software that assists global banks in adhering to international regulatory requirements, and she was responsible for business development in the West African market.
Emma received a BS in Mathematics/Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. She also holds MS degrees in Financial Engineering and Mathematics and a PhD in Statistics from Rice University.
