For the past fifteen years, Emily Metais-Wiersch has been involved in Strategy and Management Consulting for large and medium-sized companies, particularly on the re-invention of companies with the topics of Digital Transformation and Innovation. Initially, it intervened with the digital and technological actors, telecom operators: strategic analyzes, model innovations and products and services, alignment and transversal collaboration between business and IT, change management. Then to all economic sectors. Specializing in original and unusual approaches in open ecosystems, it effectively conceptualizes and federates creative and innovative initiatives at the intersection of human and technology.
