Liz has returned to the field after 20 years of teaching and consulting with nonprofits. She actively consults and conducts research on nonprofit organizations, and co-authored Passion and Purpose, and Passion and Purpose Revisited with Geeta Pradhan at The Boston Foundation. Liz has taught accounting and finance courses for twenty-five years at Boston College, Boston University, Harvard, Northwestern, and New York University. She is an active board member of several nonprofits, including Cambridge Community Foundation, Microfinance Opportunities, Cambridge Cambodia School Project, Friends of Tilonia, and Trailblazer Foundation. Liz is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA in Finance from NYU and a PhD in accounting from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
