Elena Nagorskaya

My professional experience in the corporate environment includes strategic marketing, marketing research, client relationship management, product sales training, and human resource management. I have a proven track record of success working across a broad spectrum of complex cultural terrain and conducting business functions in new markets and countries. I have developed a deep curiosity and understanding of the challenges and rewards of diverse workforces and cultures from my experience of living and working in various countries.

I am a Certified NLP Coach and graduate of the internationally renowned Academy of Leadership Coaching and NLP in Marin County, CA. This is an accredited International Coach Federation program. I support my coaching clients through the rediscovery of their personal and professional foundation – their core self. I partner with my clients to help them create goals for professional success and personal growth. I help them focus on establishing priorities and taking results driven actions to accomplish their goals. I work with clients to understand what motivates them and what holds them back. My role is to both encourage and hold them accountable for taking action and making positive changes.

I have undergraduate degree in Psychology and graduate degree in German and English Linguistics. I am fluent in English, German and Russian languages.
