Dustin Cole

Dr. Cole recently graduated with a PhD in Operations & Sourcing Management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He also holds a MBA from Grand Valley State University and spent six years at Mayville Engineering Company sourcing for new product launches prior to going back for his PhD. Before getting his MBA he worked as a case worker at a rehabilitation services agency. His research focuses on how companies can be better partners with the communities in which they operate, both from a social and environmental perspective.
