Doctor in Linguistics / Neurolinguistics by Georgetown University, USA A results-oriented professional. He has trained, supervised and inspired hundreds of students, coaches, teachers and administrators in the field of learning and development. Dr. Rus is interested in understanding and analyzing how humans acquire, process, retain and forget information and understand what makes people learn and transfer their knowledge to their job so they can perform more efficiently. His research interests include brain-based learning, learning analytics, and leadership and mentoring based on accountability. He also has more than 15 years of experience in language training and more than six years in leadership development for high management in different organizations.
