Biography

Dil has a variety of experiences from the public, private and academic sectors. He is currently Senior Advisor with edX, the leading global online learning platform founded by Harvard and MIT in 2012. Previous roles have included: Chief Content Officer, Coursera, Silicon Valley Vice Dean, Columbia Business School, New York Chief External Officer, University of Manchester, UK Director of Executive Education, London Business School Dil?s work with edX is focused on creating partnerships with academic institutions and enterprise organizations to enable the creation of content (courses through to master?s level degrees) for a global learner audience made up of students and professionals. As a Professor of Management Practice, Dil has also had the opportunity to teach at 22 universities around the world on business topics. Other interests include: Screenplay writing, serving as a trustee with youth organizations, managing a wheat farm in India and being a mentor for young professionals.
