Daniela Aliberti's research activity focuses on the analysis of all those processes through which individuals, teams and entire organizations negotiate their position, structure and evaluation within institutional fields. Her research mainly uses the context of cultural and creative industries (ie, cinema, television, music), but also focuses on the role of diversity (ie, gender, ethnicity) and the personal-professional life binomial with respect to the aforementioned themes. Daniela Aliberti is professor of Business Organization (LT) and Lead People and Creativity (LT, eng) at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Milan office).
