Dalia manages the Esade Social Impact Lab, a specialization track for MBA students, and the Impact Community. She is also a researcher, currently focusing on Impact Tech Startups, Impact Measurement, and Social Entrepreneurship.

Prior to joining Esade, Dalia was a researcher at the Center for Impact Investment and Entrepreneurship, College of Management Academic Studies of Israel, working on a study focused on AI-based SDG classification of Impact Tech Startups.

She co-authored, together with recognized economist Professor Bernardo Kliksberg, the book “Social Responsibility in Action. The Example of Social Entrepreneurs” ( 2015).

Dalia serves as a mentor for impact accelerators and has taught courses on Social Entrepreneurship at various universities. She co-founded Nomada Impact and the Latin American University Network for Social Entrepreneurship. Led the first Master’s Program on Social Entrepreneurship in LatAm at the Catholic University of Salta in Argentina. She worked as an adviser of The National Council of Science and Technology, Government of Mexico, leading the project “Technology for Social Inclusion”. Earlier, she worked for the Social Enterprise Knowledge Network SEKN; and for Simmons University in Boston.

Born in Buenos Aires, Dalia’s international journey has taken her to Boston, Tel Aviv, and now Barcelona.
