A distinctive path, skills, and know-how.As a highly regarded and trusted trainer, coach, and advisor, Cris is known for helping people to progress, for improving company culture, and for teaching leaders and organizations how to inspire and empower. Cris develops the skill set and confidence of every one of the people he connects with, to the maximum extent of their abilities.Cris travels to deliver coaching and training excellence to Leaders and their Colleagues in a wide variety of organizations. Delivering the keys to success in leadership, management, and individual accomplishment. He loves what he does, helping people to implement new ideas to create value, so ultimately they can make their greatest contribution, and, fulfill their personal dreams.Cris is also passionate and practical about research and development in new science and technology, including consciousness exploration, sustainable free energy (inspired by the vision and work of Tesla), and quantum economics. Two floors of his Center in Antwerp are dedicated to this. Cris is a member of Dan Winter’s engineers team. He is also working with Dan and his Biofeedback team. Related, he is a Director on the Board of The Monroe Institute and a Director on the Board of Dr. Amit Goswami. The Taker Code is a book Cris wrote about the balance of giving and receiving; the Magnetic Charisma that this creates, is explored. The book is a result of coaching successful leaders and discovering the deeper dynamics of how they create impact in the world. Cris loves to empower, inspire, and motivate. An eLearning System, The Connected Coach, is another CYRES creation, based on practical experience, methods, and teachings given at the Center. Cris has also produced an interactive online course for the software, where he guides participants, step-by-step, through his Leadership process. Addressing both The What, and, The How aspects. The Connected Coach is about mobilizing people to jump into a better future.

Before Cris created his own organization, CYRES, his first position was Assistant Professor. Cris has a Masters in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering, and taught future Masters in Engineering during their four years at University College. Cris was also responsible for overseeing and offering guidance on their final research projects, which is a critical part of their fourth year where they learn to put their theory into practice and solve electrical, automation, and production issues in the real world. His specialties were electromagnetic fields, electrical machinery, and production systems of electricity. Three years later, Cris became Head of Department for Electrical Engineering. He was their youngest ever Head of Department. Managed a team of 25 Professors and Assistant Professors. This position was usually only given to highly experienced Professors that were generally older than 50. It was seen as an honorary position and the final step in an esteemed Professor’s academic career. Cris was 27 and every colleague was older; the youngest in the team was 35 and the oldest was 60. Cris was appointed because the University College was going through big transformation and because of his focus on excellent relationships, colleagues believed in him being the right person to guide everyone through radical transformation and to implement new ways. The change was mainly about bigger focus on research projects, whereas before it had mainly been on teaching. Cris led the transformation successfully, ensuring implementation, and resolving many conflicts that people had with each other. He stayed on in that position for another four years. During that time, Cris was responsible for the vision and mission of the department, daily operations, investments, and the visibility of the department in the world.Towards the end of those four years, Cris felt he wanted to expand beyond a purely academic environment. Loving putting people first, he looked for a company where he could again be responsible for leading a team. Cris chose the field of IT because he was interested in IT systems. For two years, he managed and motivated 35 IT Professionals that were working with the Clients. He sold their talents to Clients and did follow-up to ensure long-term relationships. It was a start-up company and in those two years it went from 4 people to 80 people at the time that he moved on.The next position was at a highly competitive headhunting company. From scratch, Cris created a Department for Engineering. Headhunted the best engineers and placed them with multinationals and medium-sized companies. This was a very commercially driven, go-getter environment, with monthly targets to be met. Cris positioned the department in the market. Managing the budget was another responsibility. He found and brought on board new Clients. He headhunted engineers, then interviewed them for their technical and personal skills, and then promoted them to the Clients. Cris got contracts signed. Follow-up, to ensure mutually successful, sustainable relationships was another aspect of his responsibilities. His department, and one other, were the most profitable of all the departments in the company. With this background of putting people first, experience in education, and business savvy, and also listening to the people around him who wanted such a service, Cris created a Business and Personal Development company, CYRES (Create Your Reality Experience Self), including a Center, specializing in Leadership excellence.Cris and CYRES have been featured in national Belgian magazines and newspapers, where the technologies available in the Center, like Biofeedback and Hemi-Sync, have been discussed. Cris got a lot of publicity a few years ago when he became the personal coach to Goedele Liekens, a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN, and now an international celebrity known for Psychology and Sex Education. At the time that Cris coached her, Goedele was the owner of her own very popular magazine for women. Goedele publicly credited Cris with helping her through a very difficult stage in her life.Cris is fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
