Charlie D'Amico

Charlie is the founder of 20/20 Impact LLC, a firm that empowers people to simplify and amplify their careers through development experiences such as coaching, consulting, and leadership programs. Her deep, practical experience in both leadership development and corporate consulting uniquely positions her to understand the complexities and opportunities facing executives today. As a leadership coach and consultant, she partners with clients to put issues and opportunities on the table, and then think strategically and creatively to make progress towards their goals.

Her previous work includes 16 years at PwC, the world’s largest professional services firm. Most recently, Charlie was part of a team dedicated to designing and delivering best-in-class leadership development programs for the firm’s partners and staff. She successfully led a variety of high-profile programs, leveraging essential skills such as program management, design, implementation, finance and resource management, psychometrics, and coaching. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in tax consulting at PwC, where she gained first-hand experience in project management, sales, client service, stakeholder management, and leading teams. She’s been on the corporate battlefield, and brings that perspective to help clients deliver effective leadership program experiences.
