Human Talent and Academic Director at Gimnasio Fontana
My experience and deep interests:
I am based in: Bogotá
I strongly believe life is a journey. We travel in a constant spiral learning from each experience and creating our reality nourishing us from both magnificent achievements and incredible failures. As a teacher and educator, I can summarize this journey in three main words: learn, create and serve. To learn means to maintain your senses all wide open and ready to receive from the context all the opportunities to potentiate your best self. To create means to discover new ways to solve problems and innovate. To serve means to work in coherence with your purpose influencing positively others life.
My desire is to contribute to the world’s educational development by way of processes intended for cultural transformation and innovation of organizations. I want to ensure a creative and strategic management of human talent, which incentivizes commitment and alignment of personal visions with those of educational organizations, to accomplish a holistic human development, the proposed strategic management, and the generation and dissemination of academic knowledge.
I am a teacher and academic director, with a 25-year experience in teaching and human talent management in educational organizations, as well as educational research, and knowledge in creative and innovation processes. From my learning in the search for new paedagogic models, I co-created with a group of teachers the learning system based on creative thinking called “WHAT IF?” and am a certified coach with over 1,000 hours of experience in personal, executive, and organizational coaching.
