Carla Castellet

Carla Martínez Castellet is the true leader of Telefónica in everything related to People Analytics and HR Tech and today she has become the 'Face of the News' in the HR sector, since leading a department like this in such a gigantic company It is quite a challenge and our protagonist has been doing it successfully since 2018. Carla, a graduate in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Barcelona, ​​came across data analytics in 2012, when she worked as Marketing Director within the Big Data department. from Synergic Partners. She remained in that company for more than six years, becoming Director of Strategy and Organization within that same area.

From there, he added training related to data and people management to his curriculum, at prestigious centers such as The Wharton School, The John Hopkins University, IESE or UPC School . All this made her become, in November 2018, the Global Head of People Analytics of the gigantic telecommunications company.

In addition, she is passionate about data analysis and its combination with people management, she has been a professor at Esade and no less than Director of the Master's in Big Data & Analytics at EAE Business School.

Carla Martínez will be present at the fifth edition of the HR Innovation Summit to address a very interesting dialogue on ethics and artificial intelligence, in order to discover how to apply innovation to transform ourselves.
