Brian Ng

Brian has 5 years of healthcare service improvement and innovation experience. Prior to joining NUS ISS, he was a pioneering member of Jurong Health Services, building a new integrated hospital and healthcare system in the west. He is a lean six sigma practitioner and has the experience facilitating large scale cross-functional hospital improvement projects. He has also led many business and technology innovation projects from prototyping devices to piloting new services and technologies.

Brian worked as a service designer in a Swiss consulting firm, Experientia, based in Turin, Italy. Throughout his time in Italy, he had the opportunity to work in multi-national teams to develop new service concepts and research projects for various industries, spanning across IT consulting, multi-utility services, retail chains, pharmaceuticals and media services.

Brian graduated with a Master in Service Design from Politecnico di Milano and Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
