Brenda Stonehouse

Brenda is a strategy and performance specialist responsible for both strategy development and execution in an integrated way, with a specialty in developing SMART initiatives and strategic directions. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt responsible for leading teams in process improvement projects that provide value to the City of Kawartha Lakes, including coaching and mentoring of process owners and champions, team members and Green Belts. Brenda worked through the City of Kawartha Lakes to initiate the planning and strategy phases of SMART city related projects, KPIs and operational shifts. She is a powerful advocate of SMART culture and is a frequent conference presenter on the topic of Lessons Learned from the trenches of SMART integration.
