My experience and deep interests:
I am the past president and now distinguished fellow at the Institute for the Future. I joined THNK online to discuss ten leadership skills for the future in a VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous). I explained that exciting things are happening in learning as gaming and open-source health. The ultimate leadership skill is reciprocity: “give something away in the leap of faith that you will get more in return”.
