Bjarne Roscher

Bjarne Erik Roscher is deeply rooted in Norway and his Bavarian homeland. He inherited a passion for medicine from his Norwegian father. The name for his consulting company from his ancestors who founded the Snarum cobalt plant in Norway .

Bjarne Erik Roscher's professional career is as unusual as the company name: After training as a paramedic, he studied medical technology in Aachen. His diploma thesis and a research project lead him to the homeland of his ancestors, which he is leaving for his professional career at Siemens.

After positions in medical technology in Forchheim, IT in China, compliance and the hearing aid industry in Erlangen / Singapore, he is leaving the employee relationship due to a private stroke of fate in order to be able to be there for his family in the future.

Sitting still is not his thing, however, and so Bjarne Erik Roscher founded the consulting company “Kobaltwerk” in 2016 to provide visionary , pioneering and scientific support to organizations and people in their development .
