Biography
Leonard N. Stern School of Business
Analytics developer with domain expertise in finance and simulation techniques. My strongest assets are the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues that have different backgrounds and who operate in different functional areas (e.g. business side, product managers, clients, software developers, researchers, testers), to understand domain models being expressed in software and communicate this knowledge to other developers, and to discover and explore alternative ways to satisfy functional requirements and communicate the pros and cons to other team members.
My preference is to work on relatively small teams where the different knowledge bases and skill sets of team members are productively leveraged through collaboration.
Specialties:
Monte Carlo simulation and associated variance reduction techniques, software development (primarily Java, some C++), financial modeling.
