Biography

Dr. Guersenzvaig directs a programme with professional purposes, the Master's Degree in Design and Management of User Experience and Digital Services. He is a graduate and postgraduate professor at Elisava and a visiting professor at several universities (UPF, UPC). He combines his work as a professor with professional activities as an independent consultant in the field of user experience design and service design. He was a partner of several companies in the field of User Experience Design and has directed and executed projects for some of the main Spanish and European companies. He has also been the executive director of the Design Observatory of the FAD (Spanish initials for Promotion of Arts and Design) and a board member of the ADG-FAD.
