He excels at establishing and expanding operations excellence programs of the highest caliber. Anshuman is motivated by creating impactful change and thrives on leading teams to deliver extraordinary results, often surpassing expectations by tenfold or more. In recent years, he has successfully overseen significant initiatives in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital transformation.

In recognition of his expertise, Anshuman was honored as a fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in 2013. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded initiatives that have generated over $250 million in benefits, demonstrating his dedication to comprehensive improvements in revenue, cost, customer experience, and employee satisfaction. Anshuman has also shared his knowledge and mentored over 10,000 professionals and 1000 students, teaching them principles, methodologies, and tools for Quality.
