Anna Grosman

Dr Anna Grosman joined Loughborough University London from Aston Business School where she was a Lecturer of Corporate Finance. Anna holds a PhD from Imperial College London.

Anna has a strong background in investment banking and M&A. Before starting her PhD, she worked as a Director of Corporate Development and M&A at Georgia-Pacific/Koch Industries in the International division. Anna also held various positions in investment banking and corporate finance for CIBC World Markets, Citigroup and Close Brothers.

Anna taught at a number of institutions across Europe, including Aston University, Imperial College London, SDA Bocconi in Italy and EDHEC Business School in France. Anna's teaching covers topics such as corporate governance, corporate and entrepreneurial finance, corporate valuation, corporate and international strategy, business policy, and management consulting.

Anna's teaching style involves a combination of theory and practice, and she regularly draws from her large professional network to invite high profile speakers into her lectures. In 2014, Anna received the Astonishing Academic Award for her achievements in teaching and personal mentoring, as voted for by students.
