Professor di Robilant is an associate professor at Boston University School of Law. She holds a doctorate in comparative private law from the University of Trento, Italy and an S.J.D. from Harvard Law School. Her work focuses on comparative property law with a special interest in the comparative history and theory of property. Professor di Robilant’s publications include “Genealogies of Soft Law” (American Journal of Comparative Law, 2006); “Abuse of Rights. The Continental Drug and the Common Law” (Hastings Law Journal, 2010); “Common Ownership and Equality of Autonomy” (McGill Law Journal, 2013); and “The Tree Concept of Property” (Vanderbilt Law Review, 2013).
