SDA Bocconi School of Management

Angelica Zazzera is Junior Lecturer of Healthcare Management at SDA Bocconi School of Management.

Angelica is member of CeRGAS (Centre for Research on Health and Social Care Management) and OCCP (Observatory on Chronic Diseases and Primary Care), where she conducted numerous research, training and consulting projects with public healthcare organizations. Her research activities focus on healthcare management in the fields of primary care, integrated care, chronic diseases, and clinical governance.

She is the co-author of articles in national and international journals and chapters of the annual OASI Report.

Angelica earned a BSc in Economics and Management of Arts, Culture and Communication and a MSc in Management, both from Bocconi University.
