Founder and President of A&A. Devoted leader and serial entrepreneur. Started A&A in 1994 in his den and has been here longer than the furniture. Count on him for a great wine recommendation. Passionate about polo, race horses and cave diving. Spends his spare time re-reading Einstein’s 1916 Theory of Relativity. Vacations in Cayman with his family and is a self-professed foodie. Continues to be an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management and active in student mentorship. Serves on several charitable boards.
