Lawyer and partner at REINHART Rechtsanwälte mbB, Munich. Lecturer in food law at the Technical University of Munich and the University of Salzburg. Dr. Reinhart advises and represents clients from the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries on product-specific and competition law issues.

He focuses on food and cosmetics law, from product development, sales and marketing, to defending the product against authorities and in court. Dr. Reinhart is the author, among others, of the food law commentary by Meyer/Streinz, the Behr's commentary on food law by Dannecker/Gorny, the competition law commentary (UWG) by Fezer and the handbook of the specialist lawyer for intellectual property rights.
