Amy Bradley

Professor of Leadership & Management at Hult Ashridge Executive Education

Biography

Hult Ashridge Executive Education

Amy researches, writes, consults and speaks on the topics of compassion and team engagement. Her work has been published in academic and practitioner publications including Harvard Business Review, Forbes Magazine and Management Today and in the press, including BBC online and The Guardian.

In 2020, she made it onto the prestigious Thinkers50 Radar of global management thinkers. Her new book, The Human Moment, was longlisted for CMI's Management Book of the year in 2020. In it, she argues that organisations must find ways of becoming more compassionate in an age where our work is increasingly de-humanised.

At Hult-Ashridge, she teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate programs and she also facilitates leadership development interventions for a range of executive education clients including the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC); Otsuka, Swarovski and Sweco. Amy is also core faculty on the Executive Doctorate in Organizational Change (EDOC).
