Biography

Henley Business School

Dr Alison Hodge is an accredited executive coach at master practitioner level with the EMCC, and an accredited coaching supervisor with the EMCC and APECS. Alison graduated with a Professional Doctorate in Coaching Supervision at Middlesex University in 2014, and she has published papers on coaching supervision. As a practicing coaching supervisor, she works with executive coaches all around the world. Her clients include coaches who work internally or externally to organisations, and her work involves both individual and group supervision. Her starting point is a very strong belief that her clients have the potential to grow and flourish. She aims to create the container that provides her clients with a safe space to be doubtful, hesitant, confused, or stuck, and together explore what may be getting in the way.
