Alberto Sanchez

Alberto is currently the Head of Planning of Lendlease and the NSW/ACT Regional Committee Chair of AACE. Prior to joining Lendlease he held senior international positions in planning and scheduling, cost engineering and decision and risk management at Roads and Maritime Services (RMS), Samsung Engineering, WorleyParsons, Toyo Engineering, UHDE and Leighton.

With over 25 years of experience delivering major capital projects worth up to $10 billion in Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Central Asia and Latin America, Alberto’s experience spans multiple sectors including infrastructure, energy, chemical and utilities, throughout all the project lifecycle phases.

Alberto has a degree in civil engineering, a Master’s in Logistics and Operations with distinction and a Postgraduate degree in Energy Studies. He has spoken and written extensively on the topics of decision and risk management, front-end planning, project assurance and modular construction for International Conferences and Universities.
