Biography

HEC Paris

Ai Ting Goh received her Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996. She has taught economics at the National University of Singapore, at the Catholic University of Louvain and finally at HEC Paris since September 2002. Within HEC, she is Co-Director of the Major/M.Sc. program in Managerial and Financial Economics.

Her research interests are in the fields of international trade, growth theory and development and industrial organization. Some of her most recent research works include "Knowledge Diffusion, Input Supplier's Technological Effort and Technology Transfer via Vertical Relationships" (published in the Journal of International Economics) and "Should Small Countries Fear Deindustrialization" (joint with Tomasz Michalski and published in the Review of International Economics).

Ai Ting Goh teaches macroeconomics, economics of money and banking and international economics at the Grand Ecole program. She is a referee for International Economic Review, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of International Economics, Journal of Macroeconomics, Review of International Economics, Southern Economic Journal and Berkerley Electronic Press.
