Adrian founded Authention to provide corporate leadership development and strategy navigation. Following requests from individuals and organisations, Adrian also provides mentoring services on a one-on-one basis and for small groups. His consultancy uniquely integrates applied mindfulness practices for contemporary organisational structures and effective leadership.

He has enjoyed senior management positions in such organisations as BT Funds Management, Credit Suisse First Boston, Kellogg and Schwarzkopf. He understands how organisations tick.

Adrian holds a MBA from the University of Technology (Sydney), a Master of Buddhist Studies from the University of Sydney and a Postgraduate Certificate in Health & Social Wellbeing. He also has a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, AICD Foundations of Directorship Certificate, Naropa University Authentic Leadership Certificate, Thunderbird School of Global Management Global Leadership Certificate. From Cornell University, Adrian holds certificates in Marketing Strategy, Change Leadership, Managing for Execution and High Performance Leadership.

Adrian is a registered meditation teacher with the Meditation Association of Australia (Personal Development, Therapeutic).

Based in Sydney, Australia, Adrian’s personal interests include leadership studies, meditation practice, Chinese literature and weightlifting.
