As a Lecturer with TD School, Adrian's current focus is investigating and instilling quality work-integrated learning best practice, for the purpose of enhancing graduate employability through experiential education, training and delivery.

With 8 years' experience recruiting for large government projects and for Australian and international businesses in a variety of disciplines. He has designed and delivered resources and methods for attracting and securing talent at graduate through to executive level, and supported thousands of people at all stages of their careers.

Adrian creates opportunities for learning and research, which are co-designed and co-delivered with industry partners, and draw on the knowledge, input and expertise of Australian and international academics and professionals.

Adrian combines his knowledge of international research and quality best practice, with his experience in career decision making and the needs and challenges of industry, to champion innovation and collaboration for career development and success.

As an Academic Liaison Officer, Adrian also assists in the implementation of UTS’s equity and diversity policies, and to compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (1992) and the Disability Standards for Education (2005).
