The PMD is designed for accomplished functional managers who have demonstrated strong leadership potential.
Candidates are strategically selected from a broad spectrum of functions, industries, cultures and professional backgrounds to contribute to a diverse, shared learning experience. Typically, PMD participants will have an average of 10 years of functional managerial experience.

The Program for Management Development Sao Paulo accelerates your transition to higher leadership positions.

PMD Sao Paulo is delivered in Portuguese and across three modules: two at ISE Sao Paulo and a module at IESE in Barcelona.
