Hertie School of Governance

Dr. Zoé von Finck is a podcaster, Associate Professor of International Affairs and Global Governance at the Hertie School Berlin and works in the Economics Department at the Federal Chancellery. Previously, she was, among other things, a speechwriter for Federal Minister Gerd Müller, a consultant at the German Embassy in Ghana, a country officer for Syria/Lebanon at the Federal Foreign Office and a public policy director at the American Academy in Berlin. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) Berlin and has studied at the Free University and Georgetown University, Washington D.C. completed her doctorate on democracy promotion in the Arab world.
