Yang Zhong

Yang Zhong, Doctor of Management, Professor of Business Administration, Ph.D. Supervisor, is currently the Executive Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of Nanjing University. He received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University in 1985 and another bachelor's degree in Economics from Nanjing University in 1987,visited the University of Illinois in 1998 for the study of Knowledge Management and International Business Management,acquired his doctorate in Management at Nanjing University in 2001, and went to Harvard University for exchange study and visit. He has published more than 100 papers on domestic and foreign journals such as the Economic Research, Management World and China Industrial Economy, as well as more than 10 monographs or textbooks such as Research on the Mechanism of Multinational Corporations Controlling Joint Ventures and Winning Death Games: Innovation of Huawei. He has presided over the key project of National Natural Science Foundation of China: Organizational Structure and Collaborative Management of the Leading Enterprise Innovation Chain, and has led more than ten scientific research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, e.g. Knowledge Transfer Dilemma: Knowledge Characteristics, Knowledge Ownership and Organizational Incentives. A number of his achievements were awarded as the Outstanding Achievement in Philosophy and Social Science by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province.
