Schulich School of Business

Dr. Tatiana Astray has a long history of contributing to academic research, being involved in business and psychology research projects with the Schulich School of Business, the University of Guelph, Trent University, Sunnybrook Hospital, and the Daily Bread Food Bank. Currently, her research program focuses on generating insights and strategies that professionals can use to improve their working relationships and enhance their negotiation outcomes. In addition to her research, Tatiana has lectured at the University of Guelph, Ryerson University, the Ivy School of Business at Western University, and the Schulich School at York University. She consults and provides training to professionals in the technology, education, financial services and NGO sectors. In her spare time, Tatiana sits on the board of Jumpstart Refugee Talent and volunteers with NGOs that specialize in the economic empowerment of underserved communities.
