Tanya Stevens

Tanya Stevens is an internationally qualified Integral Business and Executive Coach. She has been coaching across various industries and professions since 2006. She is a Professional Associate of the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) where she works across a variety of corporate programmes as a coach, facilitator, lecturer and coach trainer. Her areas of speciality include change management, individual and team coaching and resilience. She cares deeply about equipping people with the awareness, insight and skills they need to stay ahead of the curve and to get to what matters most.

Tanya also runs her own company, BeClear, a provider of people development services that focusses on leadership development. Her clients include Barclays, Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Mondi, Oceana, CCS Logistics, OUTsurance, Vodacom, Sanlam, SAB (InBev), Oceana, Santam, Shell, The University of Pretoria, Abbott Laboratories, Research Africa, Capitec, The South African Reserve Bank and PWC.

She specialises in the design and implementation of bespoke people development programmes for individuals, groups and corporates with a specific focus on resilience, change agility, adaptive capacity and leadership. An entrepreneur at heart, she started her career at the age of 21 as the owner of the first real estate company in SA to operate as a network of over 100 independent affiliated professionals.

Tanya is a member of The Change Leaders, an international community of change agents focussed on supporting large scale change initiatives. Her hobbies include reading and travel, she is passionate about nature conservation, children and animal rights.
