Biography

Mr. Soler is the Managing Director of Stockbridge Realty Advisors, LLC, a commercial real estate advisory firm focused on underwriting, financing and project management for real estate investments. Before that Mr. Soler was Managing Director at Societe Generale where he was responsible for recovery and disposition of a $3 Billion North American commercial real estate portfolio. He has spent most of his career advising both investors and financial institutions on acquisitions and divestiture strategies for over $5 Billion worth of commercial real estate assets. Over the past 30 years he has held senior positions at both real estate investment companies as well as commercial banks focused on commercial real estate financing. Since 2005, Mr. Soler has been an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate where he teaches in the Master of Real Estate program with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development.

Mr. Soler holds an Economics Degree from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he is a member of the Economics Department Advisory Board and attended Harvard Graduate School of Design.
