Siddharth Chandramouli

Siddharth Chandramouli is the Managing Director of the Carlson Consulting Enterprise (CCE) in the Carlson School of Management. In this role, he leads a highly regarded experiential learning program for MBA and undergraduate students in the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He teaches students core consulting and management skills and mentors student teams on hands-on, 14 week-long consulting engagements with leading corporations, public-sector entities, and not-for-profit organizations in the Twin Cities and beyond. Since its inception, CCE has successfully completed over 320 projects for more than 100 unique clients. CCE students typically accept full-time roles with leading consulting firms and blue-chip companies.

Prior to joining the Carlson School in 2018, Siddharth held strategy and operations roles in a wide range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, logistics, and travel. His previous experience includes working as a management consultant with IBM and McKinsey, where he led business development activities and project teams. In these roles, he worked closely with clients by bringing a structured, collaborative, and actionable approach to solving critical business problems. He has also served in senior leadership positions with Zurich Insurance Group, UnitedHealth Group, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel in corporate strategy, sales and distribution, and operations. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has a passion for coaching and mentoring and building strong trust-based relationships.
