Dr Sarah Cheah is Associate Professor with the National University of Singapore Business School, with research and practice in strategic foresight, business model innovation and commercialization of emerging technologies relating to alternative proteins and novel food. She has led consulting practicum and research studies on innovation with business federations, chambers of commerce, multi-national corporations (MNC) and venture capital firm. She is advisor to robotics programme office in robotics technology roadmapping and commercialization strategy. Sarah has provided executive training for MNCs and public policymakers from Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and China.
