Roxanne Laczo

Roxanne M. Laczo, PhD, is a highly experienced and influential talent and analytics leader with significant global expertise in the strategic development, implementation, and measurement of global talent programs for multinational organizations. Roxanne has held multiple leadership roles in talent and people analytics COEs, championing the use of data to drive strategic decision-making globally and currently is the Head of People Analytics at Cloudflare. Roxanne holds a doctorate from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in industrial-organizational psychology with a focus on research methods and psychometrics.
