Rodney L. Brown is the President of Rodney L. Brown, Consultant, LLC. Rodney is a highly skilled leader with 25+ years experience as an Educator, Trainer, Facilitator and Consultant in the public and private sectors. He has proven skills in data-driven interventions for large organizations. Rodney is certified in several relevant models, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Mediation, Behavioral Assessments, Conflict Resolution, Arbitration, and Situational Leadership. Rodney currently serves on the Adjunct Faculty of Cornell University and Baruch College, where he teaches Diversity and Inclusion as well as Negotiation.
