Rebecca Staton-Reinstein, Ph.D., president of Advantage Leadership, Inc., works with organizations around the world that want to increase bottom- and top-line results, engage employees, and delight customers. A recent process improvement engagement generated $6 million in cost avoidance for the client and is still growing. A bank doubled assets in a few years despite a down economy. "My goal is to transform organizations using my unique perspective based on my research on strategic leadership as practiced by contemporary executives and the U.S. founding fathers." Rebecca encapsulated the most important elements of those proven practices in "Conventional Wisdom: How Today's Leaders Plan, Perform, and Progress Like the Founding Fathers."

Rebecca and her team work with leadership teams to generate business success by executing a robust strategic plan. Her approach, captured in the results-driven methodology, "Success Planning: A 'How-To' Guide for Strategic Planning," is used around the world by public, private, military, and nonprofit (NGO) organizations to reach their goals and change the way business is done.

Dr. Staton-Reinstein holds a Ph.D. in organizational development, is a Master Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(R) and is a member of the St.Petersburg (Russia) Engineering Academy. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, consultant, trainer, and coach. She has been honored by many community and business groups around the world for her contributions.
