Kelley School of Business
Randall T. Shepard, JD and LLM, is a member of the Compensation and Management Development Committee and the Community and Social Responsibility Committee at Old National Bank. He also currently serves as a Senior Judge in the Indiana Court of Appeals.
Until his departure in 2012, he has served as Chief Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court for 25 years. During his judicial career, Judge Shepard served as President of the Conference of Chief Justices and as Chairman of the National Center for State Courts. He was also President of the Appellate Judges Conference, representing 700 state and federal judges in the American Bar Association.
In addition to working in multiple judicial roles, Shepard was Executive in Residence at the Public Policy Institute at Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs, as well as Interim General Counsel of the CFA Institute. Shepard also has a passion for historic preservation and served as a trustee of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and as the Chairman of Indiana Landmarks, Inc.
