I investigate processes which takes place when an employee experiences mental health problems.
Starting from the philosophical problem, which Hegel highlights, that a subject can only be free being recognized by others in a certain way, my research deals with:
Having a mental health problem: What happens to the experience which exposes a subject to what happens to it and what it sees coming? And what does this means to management and the management of self- management?
