Academic Division: TOIMBrad is an accomplished senior executive with more than 30 years of success across the technology (hardware and software), retail systems, medical devices, and educational gaming industries. Leveraging extensive technology and operations experience, he has helped turnaround troubled projects or divisions by improving operational processes and managing contractual, people and technology risks. His areas of expertise include system implementation, value-add process improvement, business analysis and intelligence, management consulting, and IT strategy. He also lectures on the use of blockchain technology in business and industry and is currently an adjunct professor at Babson College teaching courses focused on operations and technology. Throughout his executive career, Brad has held leadership positions at HG Partners LLC; Atentiv, LLC; Deloitte Consulting LLP; and Arthur Andersen LLP. He has been responsible for designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing the EEG commercial headset, for which he received design and utility patents. He led the business transformation for a $2 billion wine and spirits retailer, redesigning six business processes. He also helped develop a new consulting practice within the audit function of Arthur Andersen, creating the Arthur Andersen Business Consulting division and led Deloitte Consulting’s US Oracle Retail practice from 2010 – 2013.
