Paul Griffith has a focus in strategy, innovation, marketing and entrepreneurship. He works with organisations in the private and public sector such as: Astra Zeneca, Barclays Bank, Coral - Gala, Erste Bank, Imperial Tobacco, KPN, PPG Industries, Senior, Skanska, Dubai Government. As the Head of the Open leadership team he contributes to programmes including: Senior Executive Programme, Driving Growth & Innovation, Marketing Drivers, Management Development Programme and theFast-Track Advanced Management Programme.

Paul was a Vice President at Inmarsat where he was responsible for the global portfolio and as a member of the executive leadership team, taking the business through a private equity transaction and subsequent IPO. He has held leadership roles for global enterprises, start up and turnaround businesses including BT, FirstMark and Datapoint. He began his career in the oil and gas sector for Air Products.

He has a MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College and MBA (Distinction) from London Business School.
