Nick has over 15 years of broadbased, corporate income tax experience in both public accounting and industry.  At Deloitte, Nick led client service teams bringing value to multinational and midmarket companies in a variety of industries including mining, technology, medical and life sciences, and transportation.  He also served as an office subject matter expert for corporate income tax compliance and income tax accounting.

In industry, Nick has held various leadership positions responsible for delivering worldclass reporting processes at several publicly traded companies in the pharmaceutical, and financial services industries. Nick is currently the Director of Tax Accounting for The Mosaic Company, a global leader in crop nutrition.
