Paul Hunter is a graduate of Cambridge University, Oxford University and IMD and has spent his professional career working in the field of business and education.

From individual coaching sessions to global roll out of bespoke development centres and customised leadership development experiences, Paul's passion is to enable companies to reach their strategic objectives by maximizing the potential of their people.

Currently Paul is the Director of Digital Learning at IMD (www.imd.org)-Real Learning, Real Impact- one of the world leading business schools specializing in executive education.

Paul has overall responsibility for all Digital Learning initiatives at IMD. He heads up the Digital Learning Team and oversees the successful design, production and delivery of numerous digital learning initiatives throughout IMD. Paul ensures that IMD quality pedagogical engineering and IMD cutting edge research are seamlessly merged into impactful learning experiences-whether 100% online or a blend of digital/face to face.

Previously at IMD, Paul was Director of the Corporate Learning Network. The Corporate Learning Network is one of IMD's strategic pillars and consists of a global network of leading companies. It serves to enable companies to enhance individual and organisational development and evolve as true learning organizations.

Before his positions at IMD, Paul was a managing partner of a Swiss based consultancy firm for 8 years, specializing in improving productivity and profitability by maximizing human capital and he developed management development programs on a worldwide level for leading global corporations.

Previously Paul joined the Wall Street Institute (WSI) in 1992 as a part-time teacher and worked his way through the ranks to become General Manager of WSI for Switzerland, France and Germany.
