Natasha Maw

Associate trainer Natasha is a leadership trainer and coach. She is fascinated by the relationship between personal development and organisational transformation.

Natasha is the Programme Director of Leadership Development and Coaching in Executive Education at Bayes (formally Cass) Business School, where she teaches personal leadership development and coaching skills on a number of courses. Recently she has helped establish the Executive Masters in Medical Leadership at Bayes to equip doctors in leadership roles.

Natasha is a trained mediator and facilitator and an NLP Master Practitioner. She is a member of the Association for Coaching.
